Ingredients Method
Areva Ragi flour -1/2cup Cook potato, peel the skin and mash it well.
Areva Wheat flour - Add Ragi flour, Wheat flour, Mashed Potato,
1/2cup Coriander, Chilli Powder, Salt and garam
Chilli powder -1/2tsp masala in a bowl and knead into a smooth
Areva Garam masala - dough.

Potato -1 Make the dough in to small Lemon size balls.
Coriander -2 tblsp Salt Roll it with a rolling pin and make parathas
-to taste (not thin). Heat Dosa pan in the stove and
Oil-For roti add little oil or ghee. cook both sides well till
Omam(ajwain) -2pinchA brown spots occur.
For Serving:
Serve hot with pickle or any
raita of your choice.
